Customer Charter
  • Accord staff will treat all customers with respect and conduct themselves in a professional manner, and in response I will treat Accord staff politely and with respect.
  • I understand that Accord will not tolerate abusive language or threatening behaviour towards staff or other people using Accord services and that Accord will take action if necessary

  • I will be considerate to my neighbours and wider community at all times

  • I will let you know if I have specific needs or vulnerabilities

  • If my contact details change, I will update Accord

  • I will let Accord know if I have received outstanding service

  • I will tell Accord when things go wrong

  • If I am not sure about anything, I will ask Accord to explain further
