Dudley Council’s benefits staff are working to ensure the maximum flexibility in the system is applied to you if coronavirus affects your financial circumstances.

People applying for Universal Credit, Employment Support Allowance or other benefits should not go to a Jobcentre but should apply for them online

Financial Guidance

Dudley Council is offering help and support for its council housing tenants who might be financially impacted from the coronavirus outbreak. 

Anyone who is facing loss of income or other financial strains related to the outbreak can call the Dudley Council rent income team on 0300 555 0010 for help and advice.
