Fees and charges
We are committed to being open and transparent in relation to fees and charges.
How much you pay will depend on the services you receive and any financial support that may be available to you.
As a minimum and before you make a decision, we will discuss with you:
- How much the services cost
- How you can pay this cost
- Any support to help meet costs
- When you need to pay by
- What happens if you don’t pay
- Your obligations
When you decide you’d like to receive our services, we will ask you to read and sign a contract. We will discuss the contract together before you are asked to sign and we will never put pressure on you. You will always remain in control and we will give you a copy of the agreement for your records.
It’s important you understand what you pay and what services you receive for your money, so you can request an up-to-date copy of your accounts at any time.
We don’t have any hidden charges. If the costs change, we will let you know 14 days before any changes are implemented.
