Some groups of customers will receive our annual customer survey during January 2020. This year, in order to be as environmentally friendly and efficient as possible, the survey will be sent as a web-link via text so that it can be completed easily and quickly online.

If you receive the survey, please do take 5 minutes to complete this, as your views are really important so that we can review, shape and improve our services to all customers. The results will be published later in the Spring.
