Repairs update

During Lockdown we will continue to carry out routine repairs and gas servicing in line with the government’s guidance and following robust safety precautions to help keep you and our teams safe.  If you, or someone in your household, is self-isolating or shielding please let us know, so that alternative arrangements can be made.

It is likely that some of our planned maintenance programmes will be reduced or temporarily paused during this period.

Please be aware our response times for repairs is longer than normal, and the volume of calls we are receiving is extremely high. If you need to report a routine repair please do not telephone to report this, please email customerfirst@accordgroup.org.uk.

We also ask that you do not ring to chase up on repairs you have already reported, our telephone lines are incredibly busy and we need to ensure people needing to report emergencies are able to get through.  Please only telephone us if you need to report an emergency repair.

We are continuing to schedule all outstanding repair jobs and if you have already called to log a repair we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange an appointment.
