We are not-for-profit and one of the largest housing groups in the Midlands, with 1,800 employees and an annual gross net, including new developments, of £105 million.

LoCaL Homes
The Accord Group is the first UK housing association to open its own timber homes factory. Manufacturing around 200 new homes each year with just half the carbon footprint of traditional brick-built homes, the factory also invests in the local community by providing valuable new jobs.
