Survive inspection

Accord Housing Association was the first housing association in the country to undergo a Short Notice Inspection (SNI).

The Association achieved the equivalent of three stars for gas servicing and responsive repairs and two stars for voids. Since then, we have helped a range of organisations prepare for their own inspection.
