Rowan Village provides 75 comfortable, smart individual apartments for older adults who are able to live on their own but may have some personal support or care needs.

Extensive communal facilities such as a coffee shop, restaurant, garden and shop allow residents to maintain levels of independence and socialise in a homely environment. Additionally, the scheme provides a gym with instructor, hairdressing salon, therapy room, woodwork and craft room, making it an ideal choice for those wishing to remain active physically and mentally.

Eight of the 75 apartments are utilised by the Intermediate Care team. Rowan Village also provides specialist day services for older people, including those with dementia.

Rowan Village is a joint working partnership with Staffordshire Housing Association.

Residential, with staff on site 24-hours a day. Day care for older people, including those with dementia.

Sheltered housing for 75 single or couple older adults with optional domiciliary and personal care. Day care for older people, including those with dementia.
