Bank Hours

Working on a casual basis and will be working between the hours of 7am-10pm 7 days a week.

MAIN TASKS

To work within the philosophies of the project, adhering to Accord’s policies and procedures at all times.

To interact and communicate with tenants.

To clean, dust, polish, vacuum, carpet wash, empty bins and sanitise all areas of the project, except kitchen, in order to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of the project.

To assist in maintaining stock control and ordering systems.

To follow daily cleaning routines, short and long term cleaning programmes and spot cleaning policy’s as required by the scheme Manager.

To work in a manner that demonstrates an understanding and commitment to the needs and rights of tenants who are vulnerable and may be physically and/or mentally frail.

To follow all Health and Safety at Work act. Undertake C.O.S.H.H. risk assessments on any existing or new product used in the job role. Paying particular regard to fire precautions and fire drills and hazards.

To follow all safety requirements imposed by the Association or statutory requirements.

To follow the procedures and policies for the safe use, storage and disposal of all cleaning materials.

To take part in supervisions and annual appraisal.

Any other tasks or duties as reasonably required in conjunction with this post.
