The Grange

A Moseley and District Care and Support service

“Peaceful living in the heart of a popular location.”

ExteriorThe Grange is an attractive Victorian converted house on a residential street in the heart of Moseley. Nine self-contained apartments are available, with many of the building’s original period features retained. Apartments are suitable for people aged over 60 who need a little support to live independently in their own home.

On a quiet street with a large, beautiful rear garden and courtyard but within walking distance of local shops, amenities and public transport, the Grange provides a setting that is easy to call home. Well-equipped individual apartments are complimented by regular social activities and meetings for residents to feedback on the services they receive.

Support is offered where necessary via a daily visit from the sheltered housing officer and an emergency call system is included in each apartment for peace of mind.

Residents at the Grange play a key part in making decisions about their service and this is reflected in every aspect of service delivery. Consultation processes continually take place to ensure that our service meets the personal needs of all our residents. The Grange provides an accommodation option that promotes choice and independence for all residents, with support and assistance to maintain an active, independent life.
