AddVentures supports and nurtures social entrepreneurship and enterprise across the West Midlands.
There are 62,000 businesses in the UK that are classed as social enterprises. Just like a normal business they compete to sell goods or services but have a social or environmental aim at their core, such as the Big Issue Magazine and restaurant Fifteen run by chef Jamie Oliver.
We work with our residents and the communities we serve to improve their skills, access to employment and develop new enterprise.
The Accord Group already offers a number of successful pre-employment and work preparation services. AddVentures is working to expand these services while also developing innovative ways to support the growth of social entrepreneurship and enterprise across the West Midlands.
